呢個星期一老友難得一聚,不得不紀錄一番,一行九日平日都好難將埋食個飯,我估呢個組合都有五六年未試過了﹗地點在太子荔枝角道的珠江酒家,老店格局,樓分兩層,麻甩佬味甚濃,地鋪位不多,我們被安排在上層﹗呢晚熱鬧又開心,高談闊論傾近況外,咩都試下﹗黃金墨魚,用既係大大片厚肉既墨魚塊切粒﹗睇落上色不深,不過吃下陣陣蛋黃香,墨魚新鮮厚肉有嚼勁,好味道﹗炒蠔爽,呢度既名菜﹗食落味道是蠔仔,以炸粉包住粒粒蠔仔再椒鹽炸香,炸得外脆內軟,與啤酒是無敵組合﹗及後再來多川辣的,辣辣地更形惹味﹗勝瓜蝴蝶腩,件件蝶腩均附著爽腩,既爽又濃牛香,兄弟們也說不錯﹗一向都不吃內臟,不過呢度推介的特別多。之後介紹好幾碟都無我份,評語是兄弟給的﹗豉油王鵝腸﹗用的是鮮腸,附著厚厚的肥膏,兄弟說是男人極品﹗山豬煲﹗山豬皮厚,咬下滿是膠質,肉味特別,與平日吃的豬肉不大相同﹗尖椒炒豬皮,兄弟話豬皮好似韌左o的,唔夠爽口﹗凍花甲,墊底是拍黃瓜,灑上辣汁,香口鮮味﹗不錯呢﹗蒜芯炒臘肉,蒜芯香甜爽脆,不過臘肉有朕化學味﹗鴨下巴,又無我份,佢地唔洗三分鐘就搶哂,好味程度可知一二﹗小炒王,唔夠乾身,食材種類亦不夠出面坊間的多,麻麻地﹗炒魚麵,

最後呢個應該係豬潤,兄弟話味道只係一般,食左一半都唔錯就棄之......
整體來說食物好壞參半,可以一試,但未必樣樣如意﹗

最後飲天三十幾支啤酒,位位都係百五蚊,抵﹗

不過麻甩佬有樣好,呢度啤酒抵又唔見有控煙辦,心照,大家明架啦﹗
