四條麻甩佬約食飯,食乜好?緊係邊打邊爐邊吹水啦。揀太子呢度除左位置方便之外,都想食下呢度嘅手切牛。今晚食左兩款孖寶,海鮮同牛肉質素都好好,環境樸實,係人多打邊爐好去處。豬骨煲+象拔蚌($348):豬骨煲有好多湯料,例如粟米,蘿蔔,仲有主角豬骨敖成湯。打邊爐之前飲兩啖,骨膠原豐富。之後用嚟打邊爐,湯底越嚟越出味。呢個優惠仲有象拔蚌刺身,鮮甜爽脆,無論就咁食定淥落豬骨煲度都一樣咁好味。但我始終覺得刺身食最正,原汁原味。活鱆紅魚一條+手切雪花肥牛一碟($688/一份):鱆紅魚原條起肉,每塊薄薄地,輕輕一淥,吃得到的魚鮮味。魚骨會幫你椒鹽炸,送酒一流!牛肉係本地手切牛,肉味濃,灼一灼,口感好,我一塊又一塊咁食!我地四條麻甩佬唔夠喉,追加多碟牛呢($218)。蟶子皇($18/隻)每人限叫一隻:大大隻蟶子皇,好厚肉架!
