To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前叫外賣食過好幾次, 覺得份量好足而且好食, 不過對上2次叫水煮牛肉但無比薯粉真係好唔開心, 所以已經無食一段時間。今日心血來潮想食水煮牛肉, 決定再試一試。人人食辣嘅程度都唔同, 所以比d 場外資訊大家做參考:平時食辣程度: 🌶 以譚仔做指標嘅話係5或 10 小辣🥢蒜泥白肉鍾意食蒜頭嘅人一定唔會錯過蒜泥白肉。五花肉肥瘦及厚度適中, 蒜泥惹味, 展現到川菜香辣嘅味道。🥢水煮牛肉牛肉片嫩滑, 入口有辣椒和花椒炒香嘅味道。湯底雖然看似油膩, 但帶麻香而不過辣。薯粉, 青瓜同芽菜都好充足, 不過配料太入味, 所以比起食牛肉會辣好多。整體好好食。🥢炒土豆絲 (中辣)土豆絲嘅粗幼度適中, 亦炒得好爽口, 唔會淋pat pat。辣椒有煙燻味道, 好香但唔會好辣。🥢白飯正正常常, 心地善良, 配水煮牛肉一齊食係好適合嘅。

鍾意食蒜頭嘅人一定唔會錯過蒜泥白肉。五花肉肥瘦及厚度適中, 蒜泥惹味, 展現到川菜香辣嘅味道。
