To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日沙田，去咗好鐘意嘅譚仔食下午茶，叫咗蒜泥白肉、清湯過橋小窩米線、牛肉中辣米線，再跟涷檸檬茶蒜泥白肉：講真譚仔嘅蒜泥白肉真係好唔錯，麻辣汁夠香，辣得嚟有麻香，好惹味蒜泥好香，而且真係泥狀，容易入口；白肉夠薄，又夠大塊，包以用嚟住蒜泥，而且大大塊可將更多將麻辣汁掛咗係白肉上，一個字正清湯過橋小窩米線：樣樣餸都有啲，但呢間嘅清湯不太鮮甜，表現就一般牛肉中辣米線：牛肉都幾淋，湯底既麻且香辣，唔錯食辣嘢再加上杯涷檸檬茶，真係一絕嚟譚仔食嘢，意想唔到有紙口罩套供應，都幾貼心
