To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

廣華街呢間麻辣串串已經唔係第一次食，麻辣湯底好香麻、放題嚟講串串款式又多。仲有野飲都係任飲，可以邊食邊解辣。$208 任食120分鐘。串串全部都係一串一口，辣度麻度都可以自選。因為我朋友想食特辣，但我最多食到中辣，店員仲特登幫我地另上特辣湯。店員細心又態度親切。串串款式嚟講都算齊全，蔬菜、丸類、肉類都有。牛柏葉同魷魚都算爽口。除咗麻辣串串之外，小食都係放題任點。小食都係細細碟上，有麻辣牛柏葉、手撕雞、手拍青瓜同埋雲耳，味道方面水準一路都keep到。最後推介食完所有野要食埋甜品，點返碗冰粉。 甜甜地嘅啫喱，解辣必備。
