大陸新興的麻辣串串終於登陸了旺角,即刻同朋友去朝聖。豆漿:以燈泡形狀的器皿盛載,豆漿味道不會太甜。滷豬手麵:豬手炆得入味且腍,入口溶化,外皮骨膠原豐富,另外還加了腐皮及豆卜,兩者都吸收了湯汁的味道,所以比較濃,而幼身的麵質比較腍滑。成都串串香:以麻辣汁浸著的串串,有厚百頁、雞柳、牛肉、鴨舌、豬皮,麻辣汁比較大眾化,不會太辣,適合大眾人口味,不過串串份量就不多,每串少少。最後以冰粉作結尾,食完之後完全清除口腔的辣味。
