To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔸麻辣亞南雞煲(半隻)呢間雞煲有6種辣度同4種麻度揀。食咗咁多次,覺得中辣大麻最過癮。雞煲嘅味道好有層次感,因為落咗好多香料,有花椒、八角、豆蔻、甘草等等,仲有芫茜、芹菜同洋蔥。味道比之前推介過嘅米走雞豐富好多啦,不過米走雞嘅酒香甜味就比較突出啦。🔸手切極品肥牛(大)賣相好好喎😂 牛肉有一定厚度,食落牛味濃郁,牛肉又唔鞋口。🔸冬菇釀雙式滑蝦滑同墨魚滑釀咗喺冬菇裡面,味道幾夾喎又😂🔸蒿荀片食雞煲或者邊煲必食呀,我鍾意食爽口啲,所以唔洗煮太耐。🔸凍豆腐比米走雞遜色少少啦,雖然都吸滿咗湯,但味道冇米走雞咁正🥲🔸鯇魚腩🐟魚肉厚切,咬落爽口鮮甜!🔸亞南四寶丸四寶丸有花枝丸、貢丸、牛丸同蟹籽粉包。牛丸最好食,其他丸就好普通啦🥲🔸三寶餃子🥟三寶有鳳城水餃、魚皮餃同韭菜餃。韭菜餃好香,其他餃好普通🥲🔸刀削麵最後先落,麵條差唔多熟嗰時啲湯已經煮到好黏稠,掛咗喺麵條上面,好似台灣嘅拌麵😂😂 麻辣味都好出色
