呢間餐廳堂食新開張好多人幫襯,特別係外賣嘅訂單,見到呢店員姐姐不斷包不斷包外賣 兩個人叫咗兩個午餐,套餐再加一個小食小食係尖椒皮蛋,唔知點解明明只係裝個小食,都要用面盆咁大嘅碟 皮蛋一睇就知同其他地方食嘅唔同,蛋黃唔係銀灰色,反而係橙黃色,而且蛋白部分有 花紋,係正宗嘅桂花皮蛋 成碟嘅顏色好吸引醬汁,尖椒同埋芝麻令到整道菜色好香,凍冰冰爽滑惹味 其中一個餐叫咗水煮牛肉,呢一度菜嘅口味都幾啱我除咗面頭舖得滿滿嘅辣椒,紅油,芝麻之外,底下面浸住湯有煮過嘅油麥菜,滑牛肉片,青瓜同埋芹菜 食水煮牛肉,牛肉嘅滑嫩程度好重要,而且同整個湯嘅味道好夾我哋叫咗小辣唔會太辣,半餸飯咁食 另外一個套餐揀咗佢呢度招牌嘅特色:麻辣香鍋同樣都係小辣,但係呢個鍋係乾炒,食落味道辣好多同樣係用牛肉炒,呢碟嘅牛肉份量比起水煮牛大約少一半,反而多嘅係蓮藕片,薯仔片, 木耳仔,芽菜每片蓮藕嘅窿窿都塞滿辣醬香料,好惹火! 叫咗一支椰青水,因為會比較解辣其實只係從雪櫃拎出嚟,但係店員都忙到分身不暇,所以都要等 另外套餐包咗嘅酸梅湯,飲落生津解喝杯身寫住好特別嘅一句:「讓我們紅塵作伴, 吃得白白胖胖」 最後整餐飯食咗差唔多個半

最後整餐飯食咗差唔多個半鐘,以香港飲食文化嚟講算慢
如果係趕時間嘅,建議就唔好嚟呢度食啦,否則就會要不斷催促好忙嘅店員姐姐

而且佢呢度嘅落單模式係自助嘅,自己喺位點完餐,食完亦都係自己出返收銀機嘅地方結帳
