To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔一向係窮L恩物, 以前更係上左癮咁一星期要去至少一次...今次見譚仔再出新野, 真係想試左一段時間喇, 因為對佢嘅小食一向都情有獨鍾, 例如雲耳/土匪雞翼/皮蛋啦, 可惜今次......呢個係麻辣流心蛋 - $10/隻, 首先講個賣相已經唔討好, 睇個樣好似整左好一段時間咁,而蛋嘅質感冇咩本身應有嘅彈性, 但要一讚嘅係真係做到流心效果再講就係個味道, 佢個麻辣味只係加左D桂林辣椒醬上去, 食左一啖, 唔知點解會有一陣酸味.最初以為真係整左好耐而壞左, 所以要求換過一隻.但食第2隻都仍然有以上種種問題, 但係果陣酸味只係蛋黃位置有, 而蛋白係冇嘅, 所以疑點歸於被告, 我當係調味失敗去計算.為免爭拗, 所以我直接放棄亦冇要求退款了, 反正都只係10大元.不過離開之前我都見到有其他走左嘅客人都有留低左食左唔夠半隻就放棄嘅流心蛋枱面. 相信我地睇法都一樣吧.
