咁啱同同事係西環做完嘢,就提議係附近食埋晚飯。見到有間叫做湘聚小廚好似幾有特色,平時都有食開四川菜/辣野,但係湖南湘菜就真係未食過。店舖裝潢幾有中國風感覺。小食係炸碗豆,平時通常都係見到花生,炸碗豆真係好少見:)碗豆炸過之後好香脆,好好食。我地2個人點左巴蜀水煮魚,干鍋田雞,韭菜花爆腰花同蟲草花雞湯。魚肉幾滑溜,又麻又香,不過要小心唔好食到魚骨。湘菜既辣同四川菜真係有分別,個人覺得湘菜比較油,味道更加濃郁,麻度同辣度的後勁更加強。干鍋田雞份量都幾多,而且田雞件肉都幾多,醬汁非常惹味完全滲透入田雞裏面,所以辣度好勁!要注意湯底會越煮越辣,所以要快啲食。韭菜花炒腰花,腰花切成幼條狀,爆炒之後好香幾好食。蟲草花雞湯味道濃郁,感覺好足料,不過可能因為係湘菜關係,所以做法上偏油。
