很久沒吃麻辣火鍋了,一向超愛吃辣的我,今天來這間酒店餐廳吃麻辣火鍋放題。這餐廳除了火鍋放題,也有小菜可以點。餐廳環境十分寬敞整潔。湯底可以選兩個,我們選了麻辣清油鍋和鴨血粉絲鍋。留意醬料是要加20元一位的,另外茶位和花生也要收費。每人大概要多付35元左右。無酒精飲品是任飲的,但酒精飲品任飲就要另外加錢。麻辣湯香料味豐富,先麻後辣,勁度十足。鴨血粉絲湯底則較為清淡, 粉絲煮太久會溶掉所以不要太遲撈起來。以下來說說各種火鍋配料。安格斯肥牛:原本我們只點了一碟6片,怎料來了一大碟。牛肉還未完成解凍,還有一點雪。在麻辣湯底煮熟後,牛味很香濃又麻辣,有點水煮牛肉的感覺。紐西蘭羊卷肉:個人認為比牛肉更美味,羊味香濃而不羶,肉質也夠嫩滑。花雕雞件:雞肉嫩滑,帶有清淡的酒香。手打墨魚滑:這是我認為最美味的配料,墨魚滑很彈牙新鮮,配了一點點蟹籽,增加了脆卜卜的口感。炸豆卜:吸收了湯底的精華,入口十分juicy。蔬菜拼盤:超級新鮮很大棵,和鴨血粉絲湯底味道較配的。
