方叔叔重慶老火鍋 (APM) 星期四閺晚上, 不用等位 (麻辣/蕃茄湯底).  麻辣普通辣都有點辣, 建議小辣稻田牛肚好吃, 但份量比較少, 有個TIMER在枱上. 建議放入鍋計時30秒才可吃比較適合牛肉點2 款,美國PRIME 牛小排(HK$138), 放入麻辣普通辣, 薄切的肥牛,一口即溶,  美國牛板腱(HK$98), 這個有點蔬菜點2 款油麥菜和娃娃菜(正正常常), 沒有特別裝潢方面.  設計時尚，座位舒適寬敞乾淨清潔, 服務員態度良好結帳後送了一張COUPON, 小食給客人下次消費用.
