Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過佐敦這街，由頭到街尾都是食店，要在這裡立足其實也不容易。看到這家別樹一格的澳門咖哩，門面十分光猛。驚喜發現味道也實在不錯。*********麻辣牛腩飯 (8/10)這個牛腩實在令我驚喜，牛腩十分淋，麻辣十分到味，聽到店員說他們特別選取稚牛因而肉質特別的嫩滑。酒糟肉餅飯 (8/10)男友點的這客肉餅飯煎得金黃香脆，帶點辣的開胃配以酒香頗為特別，他也很喜歡。咖哩薄餅(7/10)薄餅恰到好處，香脆的，起初還怕吃不哂，但一口接一口很快被我清了。
