To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶諗唔到食咩好，經過譚仔聞到好香麻辣味，就俾陣香味吸引左入去。我選擇左10小麻辣，因為清湯唔夠惹味呀。碗米線一放低就聞到陣超香既麻辣味道，飲一飲碗湯，麻辣味道隨口腔流入胃部，刺激起食慾。魚片頭依舊係我至愛，細細舊易入口又有口感，夠爽口又有油香，因為經過高溫油炸。魚蛋係潮式白魚蛋，魚味雖然欠奉，但係真係幾夠彈牙喎，彈牙度比魚片頭更強。至於生菜就無咩特別。米線係幾爽同埋滑，最喜歡滑身既米線，因為可以一撮撮索晒入口，感覺唔錯。
