鱸魚有三款口味選擇,因為我哋唔想食太辣就揀左老壇酸菜。辣度揀左小辣,呢種辣度啱啱好,唔會辣到食唔到,而係越食越起勁!🤩魚先煎過,好香口。骨夠大條,食嘅時候唔會好多骨,啖啖肉,食得好暢快!😍加左$12配油麥菜同埋加$22配黑豚肉。油麥菜稍嫌分量不足,如果多番啲就好喇。黑豚肉份量較油麥菜多,厚薄適中,食落有口感。鱸魚本身已經有好多配菜:雲耳、豆卜、蓮藕片、豆芽、芹蒜、蔥、香菇和秀珍菇等。 豆卜吸收咗啲湯汁,一咬d汁就咇曬出黎,正! 蓮藕片好爽脆。另外可以加錢嗌薯粉、米線或者飯。嗌左薯粉。薯粉份量超多!薯粉幼身,煙韌有口感。
