三號風,約埋班fd做“追風少年”係open rice見到有新開嘅串燒鋪,作為串燒愛好者梗係冒雨過黎試菜啦店仔細細,得幾張檯,約埋三五知己放工黎小酌幾杯,一日疲勞舒緩曬落雨天時梗係飲翻啖熱辣辣嘅蠔湯啦,用新鮮蠔仔煲成,原汁原味,鮮到呢燒物點可以少得茄子噶?!調味岩岩好,唔會太鹹,茄子嗦曬啲蒜蓉味,冇得輸!翡翠螺口感爽脆,蟶子王鮮甜可口(可惜賣剩一隻),燒大蝦可原隻可開邊蒜蓉燒,個人覺得開邊蒜蓉好味啲,容易食啲,原隻要剝殼有啲麻煩燒雞皮鹹香甘脆,免治雞肉棒有啲脆骨口感豐富,玉子燒香軟嫩滑,燒大蔥有啲乾,不過都幾好食鵪鶉蛋我地加左單,鹽燒汁燒都好正!仲有羊架好味得濟影唔切就分食完4個人人均200+,比起居酒屋鹹到死,呢度嘅調味更適合小酌,我地唔飲酒,都唔會覺得好鹹,老闆仲好有心機親力親為,食飽會問我地岩唔岩食,叫我地比意見,良心小店冇走雞後會有期下次再黎!
