To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同朋友食生日飯，好耐冇食過元氣壽司就去咗太古呢間食～而家自助order係幾方便，啲野直接送到去面前。但我覺得太古呢間元氣嘅壽司真係麻麻地，特別係三文魚刺身類個d，全部都唔覺得新鮮，味道又淡，一啲都唔好食。壽司就都還算可以吧～覺得佢最好食係個芝士蛋糕，燉蛋既質素都唔錯。雖然相比其他日本餐廳，佢嘅價錢係平民化，但質素感覺每況越下，食物嘅新鮮度麻麻地~我覺得銅鑼灣嘅元氣壽司就好食好多，唔同分店會唔會唔同啲呢～
