To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣仔10點真係無咩選擇，見到有車仔麵，就即刻沖入去食，太肚餓了。諗住肚餓食咩都好食，但個肚都覺得難食。$42 3餸1麵$47 4餸1麵凍飲+10 熱飲+8叫左蘿蔔、滷水雞翼、豬大腸油麵加左杯凍飲🥤👍🏻蘿蔔幾清甜，雖然睇得出放左好耐，但咬落都仲爽口既，清甜，無咩根。👎🏻滷水雞翼 ：無咩味，好似無味雞翼甘，睇色水就知。豬大腸：臭左，仲以為自己味覺有問題，點位隔離檯都話臭搞唔掂。最後店員自己試完，收返可換其他餸/減返錢。湯底：一般，個咖哩系咖哩醬 要自己撈麵：正常其實夜媽媽都只系想是但食下野，飽肚就得。結果系好唔開心地食完走左。
