今天試了一件原味cheese cake. 從其鬆化質感看, 估計它可能是日式的作法. 有cheese 味, 但略淡, cake很鬆, 但卻散, 有點"沙沙鞋鞋"的感覺. 未能做到像luna 的蛋糕那樣入口溶. 寧願加多幾元去買luna 的. 也試了85c coffee, okay而已, 聞不到香味.
