openrice簡左一間車仔麵老店,環境唔錯,叫左米粉先,簡左大家推薦既魷魚,豬腸,豬皮同埋豬紅。阿姐問我要唔要辣醬,我話要就比左我一匙。一麵四餸36蚊,價格係觀塘算是ok喇碗麵很快食得,好大碗,雖然每一個餸得三四舊,但係每一舊都很大,特別係豬皮。本以為辣醬很辣,其實唔係,於是全部落曬湯入邊。加左小小紅醋更加正!魷魚:魷魚係因為見到openrice上大家各個都推介先叫架,魷魚ok,可能我本身麻麻魷魚,但係佢地既魷魚很有彈性,唔錯豬腸:豬大腸很粗,量都幾多幾,腸外面很脆,有嚼勁,但係腸入邊太多油,還有罪惡感。同埋有小小腥味,下次應該唔會再叫,但係唔驚肥既朋友可以叫,都係唔錯既。豬紅:豬紅好大幾舊,同埋很實,唔似其它地方果d咁鬆散,小小腥味,總體ok,除左豬紅本身原料唔錯,其他唔覺得有咩特別豬皮:豬皮係要大力推介既!!很大很厚實既幾舊,一睇就知道很抵食喇!同埋豬皮脆脆地,又很入味,我真係很鍾意,下次再去可唔可以僅係叫豬皮??哈哈米粉:有d硬,都係希望阿姐可以煮耐d再比我食,我唔趕時間湯:ok,原味冇乜特別,加左一匙辣醬就惹味,但係如果要辣既話可以試下枱上擺既辣醬,都唔錯,我試過。總之,雖然

總之,雖然話間鋪係老店,但係總體麻麻wor,不過推介豬皮,同埋價錢都算抵食既,但係要素質就⋯唔高唔抵咯。
