To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工黎左黃埔，朋友話好想食甜品，我又好想食咸點做正餐，碌碌下就碌到茶木，菜式供應非常豐富，有我木食嘅正餐茶木紅燒牛肉麵，仲有我朋友食嘅甜品草莓香草蜜糖磚塊！！.我叫左晚飯套餐，有主食、飲食同埋一份少甜品，主食揀左烏魚子元貝手作麵，烏魚子食落有啲似日本嘅明太子，不過就無辛辣味，同元貝一齊煮，成個麵都好有鮮味，手作麵同烏冬有少少似，可能因為手打關係超級彈牙勁好味，飲品叫左脆脆黑糖芋圓珍珠奶茶，唔止係睇得嘅打卡飲品，擺得都非常特別，飲落都好好味，好出色！.朋友一坐低就叫左份甜品，由3塊超厚多士組成嘅草莓香草蜜糖歐軟磚塊，現場睇好震撼，2個人share啱啱好，食到飽一飽，又傾左好耐計，環境坐得好舒服，下次都會再黎過
