To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

(openrice至今還未有黃大仙中心元氣資料,故寫住係樂富店先)第二次去黃大仙元氣,晚上九時多去,不用等位坐了order枱,因想坐寛鬆些,故只能飲店員預先沖好的綠茶綠茶好淡,落了好少綠茶粉,又不夠熱已是非繁忙時段,店員即使見到茶杯無茶,經過都扮看不到,即使叫了也遲遲不斟茶(以後非必要都不要坐order枱,以免口喝死)一次叫了八,九碟壽司,但不用五分鐘便到齊,又說即叫即製的?最失望是所有壽司飯都鬆鬆散散,鬆到完全夾不到價錢已不便宜,米都不捨得落多幾粒
