To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳嘅位置唔起眼，入去之後發現別有洞天，午餐時間入面坐滿晒人。1️⃣涼瓜火腩飯涼瓜火腩飯係當日嘅午餐精選，所以好快就有得食。火腩浸咗汁入邊一段長時間，所以皮已經唔夠脆，如果可以喺食之前先將火腩放喺汁入面口感會更佳🙈2️⃣蒸雞蛋肉鬆飯蒸水蛋上面淋嘅豉油係蒸魚豉油，蛋蒸得超滑👍🏻另外值得稱讚嘅係每碗飯都係熱辣辣，食落暖胃❤️3️⃣茄子腩肉飯茄子整得好腍👍🏻，不過應該係新鮮整出嚟，所以唔夠入味，但肉嘅份量比得大方，汁嘅味道同涼瓜火腩飯嘅汁係一樣嘅😋如果揀當日午餐精選會送埋湯同埋一杯熱飲
