To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近如果外出食飯都係盡量支持黃店，自從無得去戲院已經好耐無去油麻地電影中心個頭，但早排就去左隔離嘅紅煮意餐廳食下野。夜市menu望落真係唔太貴，一個set dinner包湯／沙津，餐包同飲品，都只係大約$150，我同朋友每人叫左一個set之餘，仲叫左不同小食！湯／沙津＋餐包香草燒法式羊仔架羊架真係好大舊，邊邊位有一大塊羊筋，一邊咬油脂香味出哂嚟，至於肉質方面好嫩滑，唔會醃到一啲羊味都無，食落原汁原味，加上燒汁同薄荷醬真係一流！價錢$124就有，平時去街市買2－3件羊架都已經係呢個價位，真係超值，值得推介！避風塘bb雞搥好惹味，雞搥唔算大舊，一兩口就可以KO，加上上面嘅炸蒜，避風塘風味即刻出晒嚟。忌廉藍青口$78有一大盤，又係另一超值之作，青口質素中中挺挺，但個汁整得好creamy，每一粒青口都沾到忌廉汁，一大班人分嚟食真係幾好！餐飲
