今日外勤參加工作坊,巧遇一位舊同事,得知她升職加薪,而我打滾多年也是無名小卒,難道真的魚不過塘不會肥?難得遇上,就即興相約。來到堅尼地城,就想成一間令我開心的可愛餐店。裝潢沒有太大的改變,只是位置變動了少許更吸引,它們仍然無處不在,牆上有、沙發又有,仲有出售它們的公仔,當然不少比我大兩倍的熊熊,雖搬了位置,但仍好吸晴,好想攬攬它,哈!經移動後,餐廳座位多了,設有一排面向街景的單人座、一排泊牆的長櫈配四人枱,還多了幾張二至四人枱,而每枱都有一定的距離,坐得舒適自在。看看多份menu,設計清晰精美。A la Carta 分別有前菜、沙律、湯、主菜、湯鍋、意大利麵、薄餅、漢堡、滋味小食、甜品、奶昔、軟雪糕、星空系列、咖啡、茶和朱古力等,還有新推出的冬季滋補湯鍋和黑糖珍珠系列,選擇越來越多。*****************************趁還未過下午茶時間,馬上揀款下午茶餐。八款下午茶有鹹有甜,友人竟揀了我的喜愛,就是宇治金時蜜糖吐司Maccha Sweet Beans Honey Toast ($48)加配沙律Salad ($15)。沙律菜很新鮮清爽,配上幾粒爆汁的車厘茄,拌入酸咪

一磚宇治金時蜜糖吐司烤得金黃,面頭放了雜莓、抹茶雪糕和紅豆蓉,還插了兩支朱古力蛋卷,再以翠綠的薄荷葉作點綴,賣相吸引。吐司中間已切成粒,沾上蜜糖,既香脆又甜美,吃時伴上甘甜的抹茶雪糕和甜美的紅豆蓉,再吃些酸咪咪的雜莓中和甜膩,配搭合宜。

嘩嘩嘩!而我杯熱英式太妃鮮奶咖啡 Hot English Toffee Latte ($44)真係令人興奮,咖啡面的拉花圖案可愛有趣,構圖亦相當複習精細,用心製作,不得不讚。圖案清晰挺身,咖啡面亦無粗泡,入口豐厚綿滑,溫度適中。香濃的咖啡中滲出香甜的拖肥,甜度剛好,兩者味道平均,不錯!

最後當然要吃埋甜品,有兩款可愛的棉花糖軟雪糕,包括熊貓和雞仔。我倆選了可愛的雞仔Choco Puyooma 軟雪糕 ($62)。雪糕頂放了一舊入口即溶的黃色棉花糖,還加了朱古力片做眼睛和咀巴,好趣緻!雪糕口感相當幼滑,朱古力味濃郁,加了些酸酸甜甜的芒果漿,香甜而不膩,亦更好吃。

餐廳環境舒適,令我倆坐到連時間都忘記了,由黃昏傾到入黑,但還有說不盡的話題,期待下次再來邊吃邊傾。
