宴 Dinner Special Set前菜有淮山素麵同黑梅貝,淮山切成一絲絲就好似素麵一樣,鵪鶉蛋同秋葵令口感再滑一啲,至於黑梅貝用咗豉油同辣椒去煮,少少嘅辣味令人胃口大開🌶北海道仙鳳趾蠔非常大,仲長過隻手掌, 蠔肉柔軟,上面嘅橘子啫喱同柚子皮加幾分清爽🦪深海池魚刺身一片捲著清新嘅芽蔥,一片加上濃味嘅柚子胡椒,食到兩種風味嘅配搭,另一款刺身係中拖羅🐟漬物拼盤有苦瓜、涼瓜、淮山、蘿蔔、青瓜、牛蒡🥢依款壽司一睇就見到唔同嘅層次,最高係香綿嘅吞拿魚腩,中間係燒右口魚邊身,底下係脆卜卜嘅鱈魚乾,食得豪邁🍣跟住到鐵板燒嘅部分,首先係煎得恰到好處嘅北海道帆立貝, 上面係好鮮味嘅三文魚籽,貝殼盛住嘅紫菜湯吸晒海鮮精華🐚沙巴虎蝦善用埋蝦頭膏去煮,師傅一邊煮一邊聞到香噴噴,蝦肉嘅烹調時間啱啱好,肉質爽口,配上蝦頭膏嘅鮮香非常好食,連蝦頭都燒得香脆,鍾意嘅話可以食埋🦐之後係香煎鵝肝拼藍莓醬,鵝肝嘅厚度十足,表面只係輕輕撲咗薄薄嘅粉去煎,一咬落去甘香嘅油脂迸發出嚟,相當回味,食完可以食兩粒黑豆清下口腔🔥美國牛柳有兩食,我地揀咗師傅建議嘅五成熟,牛柳粒肉質好柔軟,另一款係牛肉片捲住蔥花同蒜粒,味道相對惹味好
