To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

01/04/2006 (星期六)下午shopping 完後, 同0左木頭人去灣仔森記書局行下. 行到咁上下, 諗住邊行邊去搵d野食. 行出街外, 見人頭湧湧(d人睇完rugby行晒出灣仔銅鑼灣醫肚), 立即打消去cwb食飯0既念頭. 諗起附近有kc介紹過0既靠得住靚粥, 問過木頭人0既意見, 就決定食粥.我同木頭都唔太識食泥猛(下次帶埋阿媽0黎試下先得), 就各自要0左豬潤粥, 外加炒麵同鯇魚皮. 炒麵純為頂肚, 食味就一般; 豬潤粥就真係好味, 粥底綿, 豬潤係真正0既黃沙潤, 滑之餘, 做到響爽同淋之間0既平衡, 我同木頭都食得好過癮. 鯇魚皮好爽口, 我一個人包辦0左大半碟. 值得講0既係, 佢個粥的確如店方所言係冇落味精, 但係豉油就一定有落, 而且相當重手. 食鯇魚皮點0左豉油0既我, 食完要拿拿臨去飲罐可樂先免卻損口損一劫. 食飽信步而行, 都係去0左cwb. 行到累, 木頭人話去飲杯starbucks, 就去坐低, 飲咖啡, 睇新買0既書, 就係咁悠悠閒閒地過0左一日, 感覺好好.
