一到九月十月,就係食蟹既季節,朋友們都喜歡食蟹朋友平時去開呢度飲餐,發現最近出左個黃油蟹四人餐,都幾豐富,所以就揀左一日一齊去食清蒸頂級黃油蟹黃油蟹每人有半隻,今次黎食都是蟹乸由於已經將蟹一分為二,所以就先吮中間既蟹膏雖然不擅長剝蟹肉,吃得有啲狼狽,但蟹膏都算鮮甜,而蟹肉都好多,鮮味十足脆皮乳豬乳豬皮好脆身,而且件數都唔少點少少乳豬醬食更加好味原盅燉響螺湯湯有好多料,唯獨不見響螺蹤影,只見豬肺,豬肉,雞腳,菜乾等等湯有啲咸,味道還可古法蒸龍躉腩唔知咩叫古法蒸,但只見佢以雲耳墊底,再淋上蔥油,可能呢啲就係古法蒸龍躉肉唔多,但都叫仲滑身,不過佢比埋條龍躉既尾龍骨比我地變相骨多過肉生煎菜肉包唔知點解要配個點心作結,不過食左咁多道菜,反而最期待係呢包一碟八件熱辣辣,表面少少脆,包身卻軟棉棉
