尋日去左尖沙咀剪頭髮,剪完朋友已經搵定位同我食飯~佢一直都好想試加拿芬道新開果間黃記煌,所以一攪惦就即刻去搵佢。一去到就見到呢個燜鍋~聽職員講,會將D 食材直接倒哂入個鍋度,利用食材本身既水份燘煮,唔需要加水~ 我地揀左個雞鍋,一開始先將白底油倒入鍋裡~然後將蔬菜鋪滿底層,再鋪上雞!蔬菜料好豐富,有紅蘿蔔、蒜頭、杞子、紅薯、西芹、洋蔥、青椒、紅椒等等...雞既份量都唔少~ 之後就燜大概10-15分鐘~再加上秘製醬汁(招牌咸鮮汁)~    加埋莞茜就完成喇!雞肉雖然有骨,但好嫩滑,仲好入味tim =]    食到差唔多完,可以侍應加水,再打邊爐~我地叫左蝦滑、牛筋丸、新加坡白魚蛋,全部都好爽口、彈牙。仲叫左個蟶子,好新鮮,值得一試! 另外,最驚喜既係呢度仲同許留山crossover!!!!可以飲埋許留山既飲品/ 享用甜品!ps. 只要like 個黃記煌個facebook就可以以半價食甜品呀,飲品就冇半價.d 芒果當造,杯芒椰奶西同楊枝甘撈好正!
