蒸鍋越嚟越多競爭,酒家都一湧而至加入戰團。酒家最大優勢當然就係海鮮,正配合蒸鍋需要。粥底用上大量南瓜點左海鮮套餐,大部份食物都係位上份量都算啱啱好,唔洗怕太多食唔到啲粥蝦鮮甜,唔算好大隻蟶子王肉質爽甜,加埋粉絲蒜蓉,好味!生蠔連殼,應為新鮮貨時間控制得宜,無過老,蠔味濃。奄仔蟹唔算多羔,肉質鮮甜。蜆都幾大隻,同樣係配蒜蓉粉絲,鮮甜。手打四寶丸驚喜不大。墨魚丸質素為最好,爽滑彈牙。粥底精華,如想像般金黃皆因用上大量南瓜,兩位份量,食左大半已經好飽。
