自從有咗地鐵,交通方便好多,今日就同阿女去黃埔行街食飯,行過一間日式餐廳叫立鮨,餐廳裝潢好有日本格調,主打日式料理,設有多款Omakase套餐。特上北海道魚生飯:有三文魚、北海道帆立貝、海膽、甜蝦、飛魚籽。剌身用料新鮮,色澤鮮艷,滿滿的鋪滿整碗飯,三文魚魚脂甘香。北海道帶子味道鮮甜,肉質扎實爽脆。海膽呈橙黃色,味道鮮美。甜蝦大隻肉質細綿。飛魚籽味道鹹中帶一絲甜,口感清脆。魚生飯係用日本米做成嘅赤醋飯,赤醋飯呈琥珀色,比一般的白米醋 飯具有更柔和的酸度、味道更香醇濃郁、更具層次感。金龍卷,即是吉列蝦卷,由壽司飯包裹著香脆的炸蝦製成,入口既有壽司飯的酸香煙韌,又能享受炸蝦的炸酥香脆,加上粒粒脆卜卜的蟹籽,口感極佳。三文魚腩刺身三片:魚腩部份油脂分部較多,魚油香味更濃郁!珍寶赤蝦刺身兩隻:赤蝦肉質彈牙且鮮甜,清脆爽口。芝麻雞翼外皮金黃酥脆,調味恰當,肉質香滑而不膩。
