To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好一段時間沒有食齋,於是下班後走到黃大仙的>>>健康齋廚<<<,來個簡單的齋晚飯。 地方光猛清潔,裝修帶點中國風格。 精選套餐共有七款,冰在當中挑選了沙爹牛肉飯(HKD45)。牛肉當然是齋,味道是有所不同,但口感尚算相似,適合齋口唔齋心的食客;沙爹汁味道比較清淡,似乎沒有添加味精。配菜還挺豐富:芽菜、菜心及菠蘿,齋口唔齋顏色和味道吧。份量足夠,一個人食,滿飽的。 附送老火湯一碗,也是齋湯,以蓮藕、眉豆等等熬製而成,清淡香甜不油膩,是家的味道。 此外還點了一客廚師推介的西檸千層(HKD65)。西檸雞是常見小菜,與其他食材配搭,則較罕有;來到齋舖,則可暫且放下西檸雞這個恆久配搭,改用腐皮做個香脆小食,加上非常開胃的西檸汁讓人十分醒神,送飯一流。 本來想要一瓶豆漿,可惜售罊,只好繼續飲用餐廳免費茶水。
