燒肉真係會食上癮!今次嚟到黃竹坑嘅Southside,一於一試呢間韓式燒肉。 最上等牛肋骨牛肋骨肉鮮嫩,油脂豐富。骨邊薄膜有筋道,香氣逼人。店員仲提醒避免太韌,牛肋骨最好燒耐少少,咁就容易入口啦。 山洞和牛壽喜燒因為牛肉較薄片,所以呢個部份嘅牛肉就可以快啲上碟啦。和牛肉雪花分佈平均,牛味都幾濃。 慶州黑毛豬盛合配生菜有五花肉、豬梅肉、豬腸同豬皮,五花肉燒到脆口,好有焦香味道;店員幫手燒嘅豬皮啱啱好,唔會太腍溶晒。雪梨水冷麵食咁多肉肉之後最啱就係食返個水冷麵解下膩。雪梨汁甜甜酸酸,水冷麵都幾清爽,係夏天消暑佳品。海鮮豆腐湯 湯底鮮味、海鮮新鮮、豆腐嫩滑,而且海鮮數量都幾多,用海鮮湯撈飯特別醒胃。

有五花肉、豬梅肉、豬腸同豬皮,五花肉燒到脆口,好有焦香味道;店員幫手燒嘅豬皮啱啱好,唔會太腍溶晒。


雪梨水冷麵
食咁多肉肉之後最啱就係食返個水冷麵解下膩。雪梨汁甜甜酸酸,水冷麵都幾清爽,係夏天消暑佳品。


海鮮豆腐湯
湯底鮮味、海鮮新鮮、豆腐嫩滑,而且海鮮數量都幾多,用海鮮湯撈飯特別醒胃。
