今日約咗人在元朗食飯,無端端落大雨,就揾了這間上海鋪,這間鋪要上樓梯的,在1樓,但上到去,坐位又好舒服,好乾淨.看了看菜牌,有很多特別的菜式我們點了以下菜式石鍋鮮蚧粉蛋炒飯...用細石鍋上,熱辣辣,面頭佈滿金黃色的蛋黃和蚧粉,撈勻時,還有蟹粉的腥味。好香飯焦,撈埋蛋黃一起吃就好香口黑醋骨,好多配料,洋蔥,紅,青椒,半肥瘦骨,好香黑醋味,每一件都很大件,有少少肥,可能煮時已將大部份油炸出,所以食落唔覺油,骨更滲入了黑醋味,Bond 覺得比甜酸排骨更好味紙火鍋小籠包,用紙燒住,一路熱著,但並不會滾爛個皮,食下去比普通的更加熱辣辣.包皮薄,咬下去,有汁流出,一口一啖,更加美味花菇燉花膠,湯需等20分鐘,好清,有整個花菰和花膠,因這兩個都味道偏淡,所以湯的顏色都較清,飲落有花菇的香味銀絲卷撇開裏面有一絲絲,,但好像有啲散,但個包質地都是鬆軟,配埋煉奶,就係最佳拍檔。拔絲香蕉,一送上個買相已好吸引,估唔到在元朗的上海鋪也做到這樣的效果。 很高的拔絲,一扯,可以全個拔起.香蕉個外皮包住拔絲,沒有太散,每件也很大件,是有些甜。這裏並不是用冰水浸做出拔絲的效果,這樣食也不錯今次錯有錯著,沒有唸過元朗的
