一坐低就比左d芝士脆片我地食下先,咸咸香香又夠脆好鬼好味,之後我地揀左2個Mix & Match Lunch嘅4 Courses同埋4隻生蠔✦ Country Bread酸種麵包帶有酸味,而我本身都麻麻地呢種麵包,不過呢個配合埋佢個牛油中和左少少酸味,同埋麵包應該生鮮出爐,熱辣辣好好味,點解我會覺得佢生鮮出爐?因為佢上主菜之前先比到個包我XD✦ Gillardeau N’2 Oyster雖然係No.2,不過呢個價錢真係好抵食,$49per pce係唔係抵先,而已都夠肥美鮮甜,好大膽第一次空肚食生蠔(*´꒳`*)✧ Appetizer✦ Vitello Tonnato呢個係有d青瓜係面,入面就有d好似牛肉他他嘅東東同埋有少少熟tuna碎(即係好似罐頭個d呢)幾fresh幾開胃嘅。✦ Mont-Saint-Michel Bay Bouchot Mussel呢個底部個舊野我攪唔掂,係大蔥好粗碌個part,跟住就隔左一塊薄toast,面頭就係蛋碎,個汁有少少似乳酪,加埋食其實不錯嘅。✧ Vice dishes✦ Hokkaido Scallop 呢個好好味,好厚肉嘅帶子,好鮮甜,好想encor

鵪鶉煎得好香,皮少少脆肉質嫩滑。

好好味,出面有d炸過嘅紫菜,然後包住三文魚個d都係紫菜,三文魚煎得岩岩好,可以見到入面係剛剛好。

✦ Pavlova
芒果雪葩,下面係蛋白脆,圍邊邊係香蕉溶,好清新飯後食唔會覺得膩。
✦ Dark Chocolate
本身唔係想食呢個,但佢話Souffle做唔到(哭),所以唯有改做呢個,紅色係d berries嘅雪葩,酸酸meme加埋個朱古力一齊食都幾好味,成件事就唔會over甜,而個朱古力就係mousse黎。
✦ Canelé
我本身都幾鍾意食可麗露,而呢個係餐廳送嘅甜品,如果book枱有mark到係慶祝就會連音樂盒一齊上(應該係),可麗露上面有少少鐵觀音味嘅醬,即刻覺得將個味道提升左好多,可麗露本身都出色,微微焦脆加煙韌,真係好想食多粒(*´꒳`*)
