想講上嚟之前以為101得一間嘢 原來係有好幾間餐廳呢間都算係因為佢嘅景觀高度而bookmark咗好耐🙂↕️見到RW有個咁抵嘅Set 決定要去一試了主打創意法式fine dining料理 5 courses都只係$680!!𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘁($𝟲𝟴𝟬𝗽𝗽)🤍𝗔𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳/𝟭𝟬Amuse Bouche係好顯廚師功力嘅前菜之類嘅嘢好食起上嚟可以完全不遜色於主要嘅courses當晚係牛肉他他配薯仔千層酥 炸田雞肉球 同芒果Mousse好食嘅 但就冇乜特別印象深刻 同好少見會鹹甜一齊上(?)再同埋好似都好少見會當做係一個course咁計(?😂🤍𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟴/𝟭𝟬喺我角度嘅第一個course 賣相最靚最奢華嘅凍盤將鮑魚切成粒 仲有種脆口嘅生果(?唔記得具體係乜)配搭口感外面有層腐竹包住 底嘅係生蠔忌廉汁同芫茜油鮑魚本身就冇乜味 所以理所當然地生蠔汁嘅味最出而佢做到奶香得嚟好鮮好creamy! 另外要一讚係啲鮮子醬由於個cream冇乜鹹味 魚子醬嘅鹹香加入係有需要!!唔係啲淨係為咗靚為咗再賣貴啲扮高級啲而存在嘅魚子醬^^🤍𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘀 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬第二道比較有驚喜嘅菜 主角嘅魚肉超 級 滑雖然魚味未到好重 但個肉質贏曬🫡醬汁方面亦好鮮味 似係用咗好多海鮮熬煮嘅汁 另外有啲醃製菜餸住魚食 酸酸地 都幾夾但整體對比鮑魚嘅創意配搭就冇乜驚喜 同個汁可以再鹹啲🤍𝗧𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯 𝗟𝗼𝗶𝗻 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬嚟到肉類可以揀乳鴿或羊 最後揀咗羊 份量比較少配搭 煮羊嘅肉汁 雅枝竹 Pesto同蒜汁泡沫羊肉大概係medium嘅熟度 入口軟嫩唔會有膻味正路地好食但唔creative 醬汁嘅配搭都比較常見🤍𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬主體係類似芒果mousse/布甸 有層薄啫喱包住配抹茶味雪糕 蜂蜜脆片(? 同下底有啲似分子料理嘅咬落會爆芒果汁出嚟嘅波波 小surprise到成個甜品好貼合主題😂喺唔同part做到唔同芒果味擺埋碟乳鴿嘅相喺入面供參考 我淨係食咗朋友嘅一小嚿已經唔太記得係咩味所以比唔到comment😂另外一開始上個包都算幾誠意 比較少見係原個上!雖然個外皮少硬 但dough嘅酸味ok的 配咗原味同辣牛油最後講埋so call嘅petit four 冇記錯係香蕉蛋糕 生朱古力同柚子味軟糖 三樣都冇伏^^整體覺得菜式未到十分creative 但大部分都正路好食如果以平時人均過千嚟講應該有更多好嘅選擇環境方面 裝修都偏奢華少少 坐得舒服 又有海景不過餐廳都真係偏細 鍾意空間感fine dine嘅唔啱嚟服務方面體驗一般 要做嘅有做足 但feel到佢翻緊工欠缺平時去差唔多價位嘅餐廳 有啲好細心有熱誠嘅感覺😂(講到好似要求好高好harsh咁 有冇人明我講乜但如果RW menu $680嚟講CP值算高 可以嚟🙂↕️快啲趁仲有倒數幾日 捉緊餐廳週的尾巴🤌🏻P.S. 如果喺到慶祝節日都幾好 送檸檬撻 仲有個好得意嘅音樂盒上枱!🤣

!!想講本身唔用OpenRice 但係因為餐廳體驗實在太差 特登download嚟寫😹整體嚟講食物冇乜特別。正常。最好食嘅係甜品但係我覺得服務質素真係要改善吓 因為真係好差……好多位都好唔周到 仲要睇廚房面色?!****員工好似冇培訓過咁 介紹菜式都係背稿啫 但係都甩甩咳咳….. 去過米芝蓮大廚Alain Ducasse、Pierre Gagnaire開嘅餐廳 亦都去過一啲小眾啲嘅法國菜餐廳 都冇一間係會好似odyssey 嘅Staff咁……****仲有一開始上starters 係嘭嘭聲咁上 成張枱放滿晒 butter, bread, amuse bouche,cheese ball …… 好侷促好 同埋係咁多嘢放喺咁細嘅枱面嘅情況下 staff係唔會幫你整理下 😅😅😅😅 ****同埋去到七八點嘅時候會見到有staff放工 樓面剩低兩個 人手明顯不足 同埋佢哋好多時間企喺kitchen對出嗰個area 背對着啲客 要wave好耐先有人應****去到食完main course 之後 staff 會問你coffee or tea ? 因為法式餐廳都係會免費provide 俾食客稍息一下。俾錢嘅時候係要extra charge …… 不過金額唔大就是但啦…… 但係我覺得Staff係有責任同客講嘅…****重頭戲來了!!!!😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅同埋就係飲緊tea 嘅時候 係8:18 然後我哋係生日celebration 並且有喺預約嘅時候講明 點知我哋等到9:00嘅時候 都未有cream tart with music box 同Staff confirm嘅時候 佢哋話一定要book時候講先會有 但係我哋明明講咗 然後佢哋check返先發現自己睇漏咗 然後同廚房講要整….. 因為係open kitchen 所以會見到入面個Chef 白眼 好似唔想做咁😅😅😅😅 救命?!過嚟食飯仲要睇你面色? 然後個tart 終於喺9:17上桌 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 等咗成粒鐘 我都未白眼你呀😃😃😃😃 Overall : Super bad experience with average food 😔冇乜嘢就唔好食啦……

我prefer呢間多過任何一間米芝蓮海景靚每一道菜由頭到尾都非常好食首先會有餐包《鴨肝》超好食 用一層似啫喱的物體包住鴨肝配埋個醬 味道超級夾 《魚》好食! 係一個魚嘅刺身 凍食的呢道菜好靚 係《魚子醬》配一個肉同汁佢連啲碟都好靚係兩層咁上的《牛肉》好食!配上既係菌汁甜品係雪糕口感嘅朱古力仲有另一個甜品係soufflé 配一個酸嘅醬最後有macarons 送超級迷你放喺一個相架上面附上當日lunch的海景(窗邊)

越做越差,性價比已經不及從前,以前放在食物的心思已經不見了,不知是否轉左廚師呢!以前一見到上菜即刻攞定部手機,今次已經完全冇影過一張相,真的很可惜,我見證了他由高處走下,再見!

20240728其實我係大鄉里,第一次係ICC食野不過今餐好滿意!已經即刻book定下個月再黎入面既Floor staff全部講英文其實我英文好差首先會有酸種麵包,不過份量太多,我只食一片頭盤我點左凍湯我幫家姐點鵝肝凍湯:唔差嘅,但唔係心心眼鵝肝:我冇試。家姐話比較硬主菜我同家姐都係點咗雞口感冇得頂,好嫰juicyeggplant好好味,唔會一咬就好淋個汁好正甜品呢個係我最期待開心果梳乎厘雖然蛋味唔爆,但整體都好好食最後仲送馬卡龍同nuts 蛋糕滿足
