今日又嚟到深水埗,通常都會去食文記車仔麵,原來佢喺福榮街已經有五間分店,仲要每次都座無虛席,認真誇張!今次叫左我最愛既瑞士雞翼,係全香最正宗既雞翼,好入味但又唔會overcook!湯底叫左瑞士汁加小辣辣汁,今次湯底比之前淡,冇之前咁濃味,我覺得之前個湯底出色d另外叫左佢既墨魚角,佢用類似魚皮餃嘅皮去包住墨魚滑,似係自家製,味道幾好,非常彈牙!而且佢有免費嘅菜脯提供,菜脯味道辣辣地,送麵一流,爽脆可口
