To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎譚仔唔一定食米線嘅

平時黎譚仔都係食米線居多，最多配搭多個小食就算數。不過今日黎譚仔就剩係點小食！其實譚仔小食都非常正，絕不比米線差！芫茜皮蛋有12件皮蛋，件件蛋黃位都流心的。加埋辣油，好惹味，麻麻地又唔會過份辣！最正係有一大堆芫茜，絕對係畫龍點精，令碟野更香。蒜泥白肉諗左諗叫唔叫好，因為肥膏實在太多，食完會好罪疚。不過都係忍唔係叫左。大量蒜泥鋪面，每食一件白肉都卷住好多蒜泥，超級好味。再配埋辣油，味道更有層次，回味無窮。土非雞翼朋友最愛，我就普普通通，趁熱食雞肉嫩滑，不過個人覺得無咩味，我鐘意濃味的！
