To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人星期日去堂食，餐廳無咩人，坐低用QR code 落單，之後見佢用外賣盒給我。但我哋落單紀錄係「堂食」，叫佢改放入碗話我吔單寫「外賣」。咁叫佢俾個碗我，佢好似聽不到，黑口黑面。其實即使係系統出錯，或者我哋襟錯（而我哋紀錄確係堂食，即今次是「系統出錯」），客人問取個碗都不應這樣態度。已經無服務（自己取餐，食完要自己收拾），但連問佢攞個碗都咁嘅服務態度，仲要成個餐廳冇乜人，不是繁忙時間，職員態度要改善。
