To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為我地早幾日先打算食buffet, 九成既酒店buffet都已經full晒。咁啱見到富豪做近有折,有試吓book…佢呢個電話係打極都唔會有人聽既,我打咗兩三日,最終我放棄打電話,而係上網book。食飯個日我地準時黎到餐廳,個黑色西裝既男經理安排咗我地坐,坐暖咗張櫈之後有一家拎住野食既人話佢坐近呢張枱,咁基本既野都可以安排錯!😡😡😡抽風系統差,成個area煙霧瀰漫🌫🌫🌫食物我已經唔預太大期望,因為openrice負評都唔少。食物選擇唔多,基本上拎完一轉再出去都補唔切,一半係清空咗。冇咩食物啱小朋友食,普通湯麵連清湯/唔辣既都無、白飯又冇…收碟速度好慢,食完幾轉,要叫侍應先會黎收最後叫個餐茶,叫咗一杯凍啡、三杯凍檸茶。凍啡黎先,等咗起碼15分鐘個檸茶先到,仲要啲茶色稀呢呢,飲落成杯檸水咁🥲好少會對食buffet感到如此失望,前幾年食完質素都OK, 但今次食完唔會再嚟👋🏻
