To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1, 炒硯, 因為係例牌, (屈唔到人)只收$582, 蒜蓉牛油中蝦, 開頭我話要蒜蓉粉絲蒸,佢\話要加錢, 我話計來睇下, 出來後, 居然答我無粉絲, 又話蒜蓉蒸唔好食, 好貴etc.... ok ....蒜蓉牛油中蝦....我話半斤..佢\話...下???!!!! 最少都1,2 斤la....! 1 斤都好平下, 咁.... 問佢\幾錢... 佢\話轉頭計出來.... 之後同我講$13 一兩, 13x16... $ 208 好貴wor...結果張單係$252.......3, 炒花蟹,手掌大只有2隻, 同我講一斤8 , 又係轉頭講幾錢....$16 兩, $16 x 24 = $384 , 我立即答, 唔要,根住佢\入去話睇下劏左未(我心諗....一定話劏左)之後即有個似黑道人物走過來, 話劏左點可以唔食..... 之後我同佢\理論.... 我唔食又無話交易ok , 唔通拉我etc ... 之後佢\地俾單我睇, $264.......平左成舊幾...
