To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好日都唔會上openrice寫個食評，今日去呢間野買外賣叫左188蚊，涼拌青瓜，涼拌豆腐，泡椒牛栢葉，一個麻辣燙，一個酸辣粉....價錢尚算合理，味道都算不錯，但可惜份量真係少得可憐，酸辣粉叫左韮菜蘿白雞翼魷魚,雞翼兩隻蘿白三舊韮菜兩小撮（合理），魷魚就真係過份喇，得個三條簿切魷魚絲😢麻辣燙就仲過份，茶葉旦一隻魔芋四塊（合理），金菇一小撮，穌肉三丁粒，墨魚丸開邊四小粒，西蘭花最過份得兩小棵...可憐到連筷子都剩係比得一對...唉...幾好食都係假...
