To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黑松露炒蛋多士是我在hk吃到的最好吃的之一…這黑松露的香味…比很多亂七八糟的西餐廳都靠譜多了〜炒蛋也是非常嫩〜彈性很棒…簡單的炒蛋做到這樣的口感〜反正我自己回家加奶加芝士各種比例各種嘗試〜就是炒不出來〜 校長西多士和魔鬼豬扒包也是很棒的…味道很香很好吃〜直接上手就可以了哈哈哈〜最後還是要一杯港奶〜順滑的口感〜濃郁的茶味〜是我蠻喜歡的〜
