一家人聚埋一齊食餐飯,係每月必做既事,今個月就搵左幾間餐廳,因為家人話好耐無食到西餐咁話。先食佢地餐廳介紹既主打菜式,黑松露醬芝士夾心pizza,外層係意大利馬斯卡普芝士,所以味道香濃口感又香脆,夾心係黑松露醬十分清香,加上點埋份自家製提子醋,醒胃之餘味道清甜,令味道更豐富,令這菜式更顯特別。另外呢份係蒜香炒青口,蒜味勁香加埋辣椒炒,令人更易入口,青口煮到剛熟,口感嫩滑而又無青味又無腥味,由於用橄欖油黎炒,食落就更健康。主菜係法國鵝肝炒飯,整份鵝肝三安士烤過後有陣燻香,鵝肝係入口即溶,口感滑完就已經溶晒,真係嫌份鵝肝太細。好在用埋鵝肝粒黎炒飯,令份炒飯香噴噴,一啖飯裡面就有幾粒鵝肝,感覺呢份菜式零舍貴格,連平時唔食鵝既阿媽,都讚好呢個炒飯呀。

另外呢份係蒜香炒青口,蒜味勁香加埋辣椒炒,令人更易入口,青口煮到剛熟,口感嫩滑而又無青味又無腥味,由於用橄欖油黎炒,食落就更健康。
