To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日即慶黎到長沙灣食飯,我地7點幾左右到,無訂枱,初頭有d擔心要等位,好彩黎到仲有位不過如果大家人多一齊黎食晚飯,建議大家要預先訂枱,唔係就有排等嚕兩個人黎食,我地點咗大中華既招牌菜-鐵板黑椒豬手 雖然已經一段時間無黎幫襯,但呢碟黑椒豬手依然好有水準,豬手炆得好淋,輕輕切已經骨肉分離,豬手係一個骨膠原豐富既食物,女仔食完皮膚都好d豬手既黑椒汁夠麻辣,有花椒八角調味,再加上黑椒汁炆到隻豬手入哂味,味道真係好鬼正~我地環顧四周,差唔多每一枱客都點咗呢碟豬手,招牌菜果然係招牌菜,大家都慕名而來食。我地點既另一個菜係臘味煲仔飯,煲仔飯粒粒分明,有飯焦香,配上炒香咗既臘肉同蔥花,味道一流呢兩碟菜份量都幾多,我地經過努力一番,最後都係食唔哂,下次再搵多個fd一齊黎食先

兩個人黎食,我地點咗大中華既招牌菜-鐵板黑椒豬手
雖然已經一段時間無黎幫襯,但呢碟黑椒豬手依然好有水準,豬手炆得好淋,輕輕切已經骨肉分離,豬手係一個骨膠原豐富既食物,女仔食完皮膚都好d
豬手既黑椒汁夠麻辣,有花椒八角調味,再加上黑椒汁炆到隻豬手入哂味,味道真係好鬼正~


我地環顧四周,差唔多每一枱客都點咗呢碟豬手,招牌菜果然係招牌菜,大家都慕名而來食。
