To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次食拉麵總係諗起豚王，是日晚餐又唔知食咩好，見唔洗排隊就入去食。個人就偏愛黑王，湯底選擇普通醬油，普通香味油同蒜蓉，第一次食好貪心咩都揀最濃味，點知碗湯杰到食唔到，重口味既人都唔好揀到最濃，因為會一pat pat咁反而唔好食。我最愛係佢肩肉叉燒，入口即溶，但覺得份量太小，如果加返多少少叉燒就好，但另外加錢得話，我寧願加日本溏心蛋，因為真係非常好食，至於辣度就算係寫10辛，對於我係一個非常食得辣既人就未必足夠。
