用上Twinnings靚茶葉同日本低筋麵粉既鬆軟戚風蛋糕再配上伯爵茶,就等我試下你有幾好味~見佢地介紹食呢個黑糖珍珠雪崩蛋糕係有3步曲~先將黑糖珍珠淋上蛋糕,如果見d珍珠痂埋左記得先用支野撩散佢之後再向上拉走塊膠WA...好有藝術家既氣息!!!再切開見唔見到有幾澎湃有幾流心~差d流到成張枱都係~而且鬆軟既伯爵茶蛋糕配上彈牙黑糖珍珠,口感DOUBLE UP~~一d都唔甜,味道仲好清新,茶味清香,一d都唔膩..低糖烘焙,下次可以買俾媽媽試下~<3
