To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 識開肥妹仔嘅朋友都知道肥妹仔鍾意飲珍珠奶茶，而近排肥妹仔真係飲多咗，仲要係呢一間專做黑糖台式飲品嘅小黑糖。肥妹仔叫咗兩杯，第一杯係小黑糖冬瓜鮮奶加仙草。肥妹仔好鍾意呢一間黑糖嘅味道，佢嘅水準好穩定，去到邊一間分店都差唔多。奶味岀，冬瓜茶嘅茶香亦都好夠，估唔到黑糖同冬瓜鮮奶係咁夾。另外肥妹仔仲叫咗一杯小黑糖栗子鮮奶微糖厚，厚奶即係奶蓋，肥妹仔第一試粟子味既鮮奶，好特別，粟子味好香，同鮮奶好夾，不錯。
