To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好難先搵到日黎試火灸焦糖黑芝麻巴斯克芝士蛋糕….（個名好長）有驚喜….上面有焦糖芝麻火灸過上面好脆下面蛋糕又滑甜度又岩岩好要挑剔係蛋糕本身個芝麻唔算強但蛋糕面加上嘅芝麻補返上….至於個青瓜咖啡soda，我就唔係太識欣賞唔係唔好飲，係我真係唔識飲😅第一次試呢個口味🤣🤣🤣

上面好脆下面蛋糕又滑
甜度又岩岩好

要挑剔係蛋糕本身個芝麻唔算強
但蛋糕面加上嘅芝麻補返上….


至於個青瓜咖啡soda，我就唔係太識欣賞
唔係唔好飲，係我真係唔識飲😅
