每次和這位閨蜜吃飯(嗯 是很型格的女生),我們總會去吃「佬嘢」,每次都是充滿驚喜。這次我們去到這間潮州麵店,翻新過後格調提升了,味道依然高質,除了麵食外,很多人都會來買小食,大家有興趣不妨買回家「加餸」。🔹炸魚片頭黑豉油王撈粗 $46皇牌菜單是這個黑豉油王撈粗,用上黑豉油後麵底盡吸醬汁的味道,醬汁質感比較厚身卻不會太鹹,粗麵口感彈牙,會讓人想不斷吃,重點是炸到外脆內滑的魚片頭,完全不會掛油,特別是飛出來的邊邊特別好吃,份量也剛剛好。🔹手打炸紫菜墨魚丸粗麵 $40本身我是不吃墨魚丸的朋友,不過炸紫菜墨魚丸實在太吸引,加上這裡最馳名就是手打丸丸,當然要試!丸的鹹度剛剛好,因為有紫菜所以聞起來或吃起來都多層次了,重點是炸到金黃色放到湯中依然脆口又超~~~彈牙,湯底不會很鹹而麵也沒有鹼水味,麵餅份量對我來說是多了一點,不過因為口感太優質,最後我幾乎吃完😍 還要強烈讚揚是用湯匙盛起蔥,讓我整匙轉移😂
